Under Section 34 of the Kenya DPA, you have the right to download all your records (Savings, Loans, Payouts) in a structured format.
To operate the Riziki Chama Management System effectively, we collect:
1. **Chama Operations:** To calculate your savings, process loan applications, and manage the Merry-Go-Round rotation.
2. **Compliance:** To ensure we meet Kenya's financial reporting standards and internal audit requirements.
3. **Security:** To prevent fraud by verifying M-Pesa transaction IDs against reported contributions.
Correct any inaccurate personal data.
Request deletion of data that is no longer necessary for the Chama's legal or financial records.
Object to the processing of your data for specific purposes (like marketing).
